Vancouver lawyer Lee Scott Tupper suspended for two weeks

Vancouver lawyer Lee Scott Tupper has received a two-week suspension after admitting to professional misconduct. The suspension will commence on July 2, 2024. 

Tupper admitted that he disbursed $61,463 from his firm when he had not provided legal services in relation to the disbursements. The disbursements were not made under suspicious circumstances. 

In accepting the consent agreement, the Law Society took into consideration the fact he does not have a prior professional conduct record.
