Prince George lawyers Troy John Dungate and Trevor Scott Dungate suspended for six weeks

Prince George lawyers Troy John Dungate and Trevor Scott Dungate have each been suspended for six weeks and collectively ordered to pay $33,860 in costs after committing professional misconduct. 

In a joint submission to a Law Society hearing panel, Troy and Trevor Dungate admitted that in February 2016 they breached an undertaking, failed to treat a member of the profession with courtesy and good faith, and deliberately attempted to deceive a member of the profession.

Trevor Dungate was suspended from May 1, 2024 to June 11, 2024 and Troy Dungate was suspended from June 12, 2024 to July 24, 2024.
