The Law Society received a complaint that Ken Honborg, of North Vancouver, BC, falsely represented himself as counsel in a provincial court hearing. On March 4, 2024, Honborg agreed to sign a written commitment that he will not contravene section 15 of the Legal Profession Act in the future.
