Unauthorized Practitioner

Relkie, Raymond

The Law Society received a complaint that Raymond Relkie of Coquitlam, BC had falsely represented himself as a lawyer to an opposing party in litigation. After investigating, the Law Society contacted Relkie to advise that doing so is prohibited by section 15(4)(a) of the Legal Profession Act. Relkie agreed to sign a written commitment that he will not contravene section 15 in the future.
