The Law Society received a complaint that Michael J. Savage, of Port Coquitlam, BC, was acting on behalf of a party in several court proceedings. On January 19, 2023, at the hearing before Justice Blake, Savage agreed to sign a written commitment that he will not contravene section 15 in the future. Savage also agreed to pay costs in the amount of $500.
