Unauthorized Practitioner

Holmes, Christopher

On October 17, 2022, Justice Branch granted an injunction against Christopher Holmes that prohibited him from engaging in the practice of law, regardless of whether it is in the expectation of a fee. Holmes is also prohibited from representing himself as a lawyer, solicitor, counsel, legal advisor, either practising or retired lawyer from British Columbia or another jurisdiction or from using any other term that connotes he is qualified or entitled to practise law in British Columbia.
