Cain & Daniels, Inc.

On February 28, 2022, Cain & Daniels, Inc. signed an agreed statement of facts consenting to contraventions of the Law Society’s injunction against them pronounced August 16, 2017. On March 30, 2022, Justice Ross accepted the agreed statement of facts and found Cain & Daniels, Inc. offered to negotiate the settlement of a claim and represented themselves as being entitled and qualified to negotiate the settlement of a claim and provide legal advice for or in the expectation of a fee. Cain & Daniels, Inc. also agreed to pay the Law Society’s costs of $1,000 and a court fine of $1,000.
