On August 28, 2020, the Supreme Court of British Columbia issued a consent order permanently prohibiting Li Xin Cheng, aka Clint Cheng and Princemountain Transnational Services Inc., of Richmond, BC from engaging in the practice of law for a fee and from representing themselves as being lawyers, a law firm, a law corporation or any other title that connotes they are entitled to engage in the practice of law. The Law Society was also awarded costs in the amount of $1,870.33.
