PLTC Practice Material

The PLTC Practice Material summarizes practice and procedure in core areas of practice in BC.

The Practice Material is provided to all students enrolled in PLTC as an aid to developing entry-level competence. An online version is also available as a resource for articled students and lawyers.

All PLTC students will receive a print copy of the Practice Material on the first day of PLTC. If you are not enrolled in PLTC but wish to purchase a print copy, please complete the Practice Material Order Form.

The Practice Material is periodically revised by the Law Society and volunteer contributors.
